How a hotel starts
  1. Create the owner account and the hotel.
  2. Activate the workspace when the runtime spec is ready.
  3. Invite people who already have an Orbit account.
  4. Suspend the hotel here if the subscription must stop.

The workforce is Marketing Lead, Revenue, and Research. Numbers come from your occupancy file, not from the model.

Turns a hotel goal into a proposal the team can review.

Revenue

Works from occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR that Core calculates.

Research

Brings notes into the same thread, for the lead to synthesize.

The control plane stays outside the workspace.

One account, several hotels

Sign-in lives here. The same person can own one hotel and be invited to another.

Trial, then a recorded payment

Registration opens a trial. A received payment is recorded in dollars. Orbit does not charge a card.

Active and suspended

Activation writes the Hermes container, volume, and internal URL. Suspend stops that hotel from staying active.
